Hey, I get it, budgets are a thing! But don't be afraid to be honest with me when you inquire about your expectations for my services AND your limits. I'm open to customizing a collection for you based on what you're looking for and your budget!
So here's my two cents...I shoot the majority of my weddings solo and feel super comfortable doing so. I offer seconds as an add-on to any package but I don't think they are necessary for everyone! If you're having a larger wedding (200+ guests) and/or there are multiple locations in your day (getting married at venue A, but your reception is at venue B), then I'd suggest adding on a second photographer. We can talk specifics about what might be better for your wedding!
Absolutely! I will send you a full gallery after your inquire! It's important to me for you to see an entire day through my lens. Plus you can see the format of the online gallery that I will be delivering your photos through!
Engagement sessions are included in most of my collections. They are a great way to get to know each other before your wedding and for you both to feel that much more comfortable in front of my camera. Plus you get more images of the two of you, which is always fun!
I know you are anxious to see them and I am just as anxious to get them to you! I will send you sneak peaks the week after your day while I work on the full gallery. I deliver your images no later than 4 weeks after your wedding, if not sooner! You will receive all digital files through an online gallery where you can share with friends and family as well as order prints if you wish:)
I consider my collections as great starters, meaning they are complete as you make them! If you are unsure about adding on that second photographer or that extra hour of coverage, no need to fret about making that decision at the time you sign the contract! You can add-on to any package at any time, my online system makes it easy!
Oh yes, up to a million dollars in liability insurance and insurance on all my gear. Some venues require that I provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance), if so just let me know and I can get that to them asap.
Yes, I do not mess around with this. As soon as I get home from your shoot, I back up to 2 separate external hard-drives and a storage cloud. I will also keep ALL of the files forever and ever even after I've delivered your wedding.
Even if I haven't shot at your specific venue, it doesn't matter I promise! I travel and shoot at new places all the time! So I'm familiar with where I'll be shooting that day, I usually show up 30 or so minutes before my coverage time starts so I can scout locations for your first look, bridal party photos, family photos etc.
It's always nice to put a face (or even a voice) to a name - like I'm a real person ya know? If you are local to the DFW area I would be happy to sit down with you both over coffee. But I am always available for a phone or video chat!
I'm ready whenever you are! I'll send you a contract to review and a link to put down the $1000 deposit. Everything is online which makes it super easy for all of us and you don't need to worry about sending a check in the mail (yikes, makes me nervous just thinking about it).
