When Christina said she wanted her bridal session at the Olana, I was thrilled and more than ready to make the trip out to Hickory Creek where the new venue is located. I had heard amazing things about the Olana after learning about the recently converted estate on Instagram. Christina wanted timeless bridal portraits that went perfectly with the French-inspired interior that the Olana offers. Seriously, this place has SO much variety, it was almost overwhelming!
We took advantage of the bright and glamorous interior – not to mention that it was also about 100 degrees out in the middle of Texas summer. Christina wore her amazing Lazaro ball-gown for most of the photos, then changed into a custom Elizabeth Leese jumpsuit and cape for a more editorial vibe. This gallery is one of my favorites all thanks to Christina’s beautiful vision.
Bridals are one of my favorite things to photograph and there’s so much we can do for this session. Here’s another bridal session I’ve done in the past that included a cool setting and the most amazing florals!
